Uniview POS integration

Click "Address bar" and type in NVR IP Address (you can find IP adr. in "EZtools")"

Type in username "admin" and your password

Click "setup"

Click "peripheral"

Click "POS"

Click "add"

Give the new rule a name

Click "On" to activate the rule

Set "Protokol" to general

Optional: Click "protocol setup" (you can skip this step)

Optional: configure to your preferences (you can skip this step)

Click "Setup" on "connection settings"

Select your protocol TCP / UDP (the following is an example and must be according to the actual settings on the POS terminal)

Local port is selected by you - must be set accordingly in POS system. In this case i tell my POS machine to send to port 5000

The IP address is the address of the sender - your POS system

POS port is the port of the sender - your POS system. Leave the last 3 boxes. They are for sending to another system.

Select which cameras this rule should apply to. You can select one or more.

Click "save"

Click "OSD for POS"

Change position, size, color and time of appearance

When you start live view or playback, please remember POS by default is not shown on the screen. You can enable POS here:

POS is shown like this

You can search in all POS entries and the recordings very easy Go to smart menu

Click on VCA search

Click "other search"

Select POS search

Type in search word. You can search any word sent from POS, ex. products, time, etc.

Click search

All recordings where POS line match key word, will be shown like this:

You can use "Packetsender" as a test-tool
