Unmio - Add Team Member

This document guides you through the process of adding a new team member to your organization's Unmio community. By following these steps, you can create a new employee profile, connect it to their Unmio mobile app, and issue an employee credential.

To access your organization's digital community on Unmio, use the following [instructions](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Unmio__QR_Code_Login__g_VmQvoHSyuRB1OXh286TA) to login.

Creating An Employee Profile

A successful login will navigate to your employee home dashboard.

From the home dashboard, select the hamburger menu icon

Click "Team"

Click "New team member"

Type in the first name (example "Miguel")

Type in the last name (example "Rojas")

Type in the employees email address (example "[sandbox-MiguelRojas@entidad.io](mailto:sandbox-MiguelRojas@entidad.io)")

Click "Next"

Employee profile will be created if no duplicate exists.

Unmio will navigate to the newly created employee profile.

Connect Profile To Employee Unmio Mobile App

Connecting the newly created employee profile to the employee's Unmio mobile app, enables employees to use the preferred and more secure QR code login option.

Click "Create Unmio mobile invitation"

The following QR code will be generated to link the employee profile to their Unmio mobile app.

Have employee scan QR code with their Unmio mobile app.

Click "Close page"

Issuing Employee Credential

Once you've created a connection to the employee's Unmio mobile app, you can now issue them an employee credential. The employee credential is what Unmio uses to determine who you are and what your role is in the organization's digital community.

From the employee profile page Click "Issue employee credential"

Click "Issue employee credential"

Click "Yes, continue"

Click "Close page"

Click "Back"

You have now issued the employee credential. The employee can now login to Unmio.
