Create Checkbox Question
Ideal for multiple selections where users can choose one or more options independently.

Click on "Hamburger" icon to expand Unmio side menu.

Click "Surveys"

Click on the "Questions" tab.

Click "New question"

Click on the "Question type" drop down.

The Question type drop down opens.

Select the "Checkbox" option.

The selected "Question type" option is displayed and a brief description is given.

Click in the "Question" text field.

Enter "Question" text.

Scroll down and click in the "Add answer" text field.

Enter "Add answer" text.

When the answer is finalized, click the "Save answer" button.

The answer is displayed in the "Answers" list.

Click "Add Answer" link button to add another answer.

Click on the "Add answer" text field.

When the answer is finalized, click the "Save answer" button.

Repeat steps as needed until all answer have been added.

Review the list of "Answers" for the question.

Use the Up and Down Arrows to reorder "Answers" list.

The question is saved and the app navigates to the questions overview page.
