Unmio - Create Date Question

This guide provides a straightforward process for creating a Date Question that will be used in a survey.

Create Date Question

Use when you need users to provide a specific date.

Click on "Hamburger" icon to expand Unmio side menu.

Click "Surveys"

Click on the "Questions" tab.

Click "New question"

Click on the "Question type" drop down menu.

The "Question type" drop down opens.

Select the "Date" option.

The selected "Question type" option is displayed and a brief description is given.

Click in the "Question" text field.

Enter "Question" text.

Click on "See other languages" to review translation.

Review translation. Make changes as needed.

The preview window displays the question as it will appear.

When the question is finalized, click the "Save" button.

The question is saved and the app navigates to the question overview page.

Click "Back" to exit.

The app navigates to the Survey Question dashboard.
