This guide provides a step-by-step approach to editing community posts. By following the instructions, users can modify post text, replace an image, and republish the updated post.

Edit Post Text

We will edit the text of an existing post in the community feed to add a clickable meeting link.

From your home dashboard, click the hamburger menu here.

Click "Posts"

In this example, we will edit the post to add a clickable meeting link

Click in the text field to edit text.

Edit text as needed.

Click the "Preview" button when done edits.

Review post.

Click the "Publish" button when the review is complete.

Click "X" icon to close the success banner.

The updates to the post can now be seen in the digital community feed.

Replace Post Image

We will replace the post image.

From the Post page, click the "Edit" icon on the post you wish to modify.

Click the "Replace media" link button.

The image uploader tool is loaded. Click "Browse..." link button to open your computer's file directory.

You're computer's file browser will open. Navigate to and select the desired image.

Select file and click "Open".

Please note: Unmio only supports JPEG, JPG, PNG, and GIFs images and cannot exceed 5MB.

Click "Preview"

Review post.

Click "Publish"

Click "X" icon to close success banner.

The community feed has been updated with the edited post.

Congrats! You have now updated a post.
