This guide provides a step-by-step approach to editing and publishing surveys that were saved during the creation process. It highlights key features like filtering, adding and reordering questions, and managing groups efficiently.

Unmio

When a survey has been saved during the creation process, a user can return at a later time to complete it.

Surveys listed with an "Unpublished" status means they can be edited.

Use the filters to quickly narrow search for desired survey.

Once found, click on the survey you'd like to edit.

The survey overview page opens, displaying its details and actions.

The primary action is to complete the survey.

The "..." menu provides secondary actions.

Only surveys that have not been published can be deleted.

To edit the survey, click on the "Complete survey" button.

The app will automatically navigate to where the progress left off. In this example, it navigates to Step 2, since we stopped after the first step.

Scroll down to fit the "Selected questions" and "Add questions" sections on screen.

The "Selected questions" section lists the survey questions that have been added. In this example, it's a new survey so it doesn't have any questions yet.

The "Add questions" section list all the questions that are available to be added to a survey. **We will use this section to find and add questions to the survey**.

Add the next question.

When the survey is finalized, click the "Publish now" button.

The survey is saved and the app navigates to the survey overview page.

Click "Back" to exit.

The app navigates to the Survey dashboard.
