Unmio - Upload Contact Document

When delivering a service, it's often required that an organization collect and store supporting documents for compliance reasons. This guide provides a workflow for uploading a document, stored on your computer or online drive, to a contact in the Unmio web app.

Upload Document

A successful login will navigate to your home dashboard.

From the home dashboard, select the hamburger menu icon

Click "Contacts"

Use filters to quickly narrow search for desired contact

Click on contact

Click "Documents" to open the tab.

Click "Upload document"

The upload window opens.

If you click "Cancel", you exit the upload process and close the window

Click "Drag and drop file or click here to upload." to open your computer's finder window.

Navigate to the document location. Select the document to be uploaded.

Click "Open"

The selected document is displayed in the upload document window.

Clicking the "X, will remove the file from the upload window.

You will be asked to confirm before action is taken.

Click "Upload"

Click "OK"

Congrats. You successfully added a document to a contact.
