Update Chapter Address and Add New Event

Go to agacgfm.org

Click "Log in"

Enter your MYAGA username and password and Click "Submit"

On the left top menu, click My Sites, Click your chapter name and then click "Dashboard"

Click "Chapter Details"

This page shows you the options for your homepage. You are able to toggle on and off sections. If the toggle is set to No, then it will be visible on your page. If it is toggled to Yes, then it will not be visible. We recommend leaving the heading section alone. You will update the image and content section. To edit a picture, you will click on the pencil as noted below and follow the next step.

Click "Upload a new file"

Click "Click here to upload or drop file in area"

Click the "Replace the file, use the new file name, and update all links" field.

Click the "Replace the date with the current date (14/Oct/2025 17:18)" field.

Click "Chapter Details"

Click the "Address" field.

Click "No"

If you would like to hide sections, click the toggle to Yes

To publish your changes, click the "Update". Note: changes are not saved automatically, you must publish all changes after they are made for them to be saved.

If you have upcoming events, you can add them by: Clicking "Events" and then choosing Add New Event.

Click "Add New Event"

Type "Event Name"

Add all of the relevant information by clicking on the text fields.

Select the "Mountain Standard Time (MT)" option.

Click the "Registration & Fees" field.

You must include a registration link. If you need it to be an email address you can use the following code: <mailto:youremailaddress.com> Click the "Registration Link" field.

Click "Add agenda". You may copy and paste or add an agenda here.

Click "Publish" when finished.
