How to add cabinet members and grant access to your FuquaConnect page.

This guide shows how to keep your club’s roster and admin permissions accurate in FuquaConnect—assign multiple titles, set officer vs. member access, and add any missing positions. Doing so prevents access problems, ensures officers (like co-presidents) have proper privileges, and smooths leadership transitions.

Navigate to [https://fuquaconnect.duke.edu/](https://fuquaconnect.duke.edu/)

Search for your club.

Select your club

Click the "Manage Organization" button. **Don't see the "Manage Organization" button?** You don't have administrative access to edit this page. Contact the co-president to obtain permissions.

Click "Roster"

Click the "Search" field and enter cabinet members name

Locate the name and click on the edit icon (blue pencil)

Use this menu to add admin permissions & titles. Note: You can assign and unlimited number of positions to a person.

Click "Save"

After clicking save, the position column will reflect selections.

To review your clubs available positions, click "Manage Positions".

Review available positions. Most cabinet member positions should be listed, but you may add any that are not. *Note: Each clubs permissions will vary, as past co-presidents / admins may have organization created positions.*

There are two types of positions, Officer (higher level admin) and Member. *Tip: Cabinet Member positions should be Officer.*

Co-President is the highest admin level (along with a few others)

Click "All Access"
