Update NAZCCA Climate Talks Event Information and Video Recording

Double-click "Next Event Coming Soon"

Replace title with new Event name. Usually from Action Network.

Center the title by highlighting it.

Then Click here.

Click this icon.

Grab the event date & time

Double Click the Date i.e. "On March 14, 2026"

Replace the date with the new one

May need to remove duplicate info, like here there are 2 times.

Grab a summary to include. In this case I copied the first paragraph from AN.

Double-click previous summary i.e. "Ph.D. candidate Jonas Alleson discusses on zoom, Climate Talks for Everyone. the issue of carbon capture storage."

Replace with new summary

Remove extra information

Copy the new Action Network link

Click "Learn more"

Click "Edit"

Click this icon.

Paste in new URL

Click a blank section. This is important to "solidify" the changes you just made.

Click "Save"

Now the new talk is done.\ \ Next we will move the last talk into Past Events. In this case, I forgot to grab the title before I deleted it, but luckily it was included in Rolf's email, along with the Zoom recording link and passcode. Highlight the last entry and Click here.

Replace the author

Fix the date

Click "Video Recording"

Click "Edit"
