Update Parent Profile and Reset Password

Sign in to your school portal as an admin

Click "People"

Click "Parents"

Click "Parents / Guardians"

Click the actions button corresponding to the parent account your want to edit

Click "Go to Profile Page"

To edit the profile, click to switch to the "Update Profile" tab

Make necessary changes and then click "Save Changes"

To update the account password, click to switch to the "Reset Password" tab

Set a new password and then click "Update Password"
