Navigate to the user's profile.

Click "EDIT" for Billing Information.

Click "Manage Payment Methods"
4
Click "Update" NOTE: adding a new credit card during this step does NOT remove the old CC. By selecting 'Update' you are removing the old card AND adding the new one.
