First, you'll need to login. Visit[pmmi.org](http://pmmi.org) and hover over "My PMMI." Next, select the "My Account" option.

Complete the login screen using your company e-mail address and your PMMI password. If you don't know your password, you can reset it here. Alternately, you can access the login screen using this direct link. <https://www.pmmi.org/my-account>

On the membership screen that appears after login, click the option at the bottom of the menu to "Access PMMI ProSource Portal".

Click "Company Info" to open up your company details.

Fill out the fields for company description, email, and other relevant company details. Don't forget to attach a logo! If your company address, phone number, or website appears inaccurate, please click the "contact us" link to request an update of these fields.

When you've filled out the page, click the "Publish Company Info" button.

Now click "Categories" to proceed to equipment category selection.

Click "Add Category".

Select the main category under which your equipment falls.

Next, choose a subcategory by choosing one of the options that appears below it.\ \ You can only add one subcategory at a time. To add more, repeat the process for each additional subcategory.

Click "Submit & Proceed to Category Details"

Enter a description for your equipment.

Upload an image of your equipment.

Select relevant features of your equipment.

Enter a validation URL. This should be the URL for the location on your company's website that describes/features this equipment.

Choose relevant search filters. You can select more than one, if applicable.

Submit your category to ProSource for review. While in "review" status, editing will be locked. Once validated and approved by a PMMI staff member, it will be published on ProSource. To add more categories, return to the "Categories" link and repeat steps 6-15.
