Update your company information on My Easyfairs

This guide will show you how to easily update your company information displayed on your profile. You can amend your information at any time before the event, and your changes will be reflected on the event website and app.

Easyfairs

Navigate to [https://my.easyfairs.com/login](https://my.easyfairs.com/events)and log in to your My Easyfairs account.

Find the event you would like to amend and click "Manage stand"

Click "Edit" under "Stand information"

To change your company description, click this text field and make your changes

Tip! Your description will help visitors using key search terms to find you. You can copy and paste from your company website 'about' page as a starting point.

Click the drop down arrow to choose the most relevant categories for you. Make a note of the maximum categories you can choose from, as this may vary by show

Tip! Visitors to the website will use the category tags to find exhibitors they would like to meet, so make sure your categories accurately reflect your offering as an exhibitor!

If you are a GoPremium or GoPlus exhibitor you can add a video header to your profile. Simply copy and paste a YouTube link into this box

You will see a preview of how your profile will appear on the right hand side of the screen.

keep in mind! Changes to your profile on My Easyfairs can take up to 2 hours to appear on the website.

Your changes will be saved automatically. Click "Manage profile" to return to the homepage of My Easyfairs
