Updating My Profile Information

This guide offers a straightforward process for updating your profile information efficiently. Navigate to <https://members.classmgmt.com/> and sign into your NCMS account

Click "My Profile" in the left hand navigation menu

Click the "My Account" tab

The information that can be updated under the Personal Info section has an editable input field.

To update your chapter, locate the field titled "Select your chapter here"

Use the dropdown arrow to select your chapter. Refer to the link to view the chapter map for reference.

After all updates to the Personal Info section are complete, click Save to save all edits and updates. Edits/updates to the Personal Info section will not save unless Save is selected.

To view/edit/add the different contact methods click the "Contact Info" section

Click "Email Addresses" to add another email or edit your current email

Click "Add New Email Address" to add a new email address. Click Edit for the current email to edit that email

After clicking Add New Email Address, select the Email Type then enter the Email Address. Optionally, select to Save as Primary, Show in Directory and Use this Email Address to Login. Click Save when complete

Click "Phone Numbers" tab to review and edit your phone number

Click "Add New Phone Number" to enter a new phone number. Click Edit for the current phone number to modify that number.

After clicking "Add New Phone Number," select the Phone Type, enter the Phone Number. Optionally select to Save as Primary Phone and Show in Directory.

Click "Organizations" tab to review associated Organization

Click "Link Me to an Organization"

Type Organization name in the Organization Name field and click Search to link yourself to your Organization

Click the Save button to save the Organization
