Open the Control Panel from the Start Menu

Click "View devices and printers"

Find the Receipt Printer Driver and Right-Click it

Click "Printer Properties"

Click the "Ports" tab

Click "Configure Port"

Ensure the port is using the correct settings
The IP Address should be 127.0.0.1 (referencing the computer)\ The Port should be 20600 (or whatever the appropriate port in eTeller is)
