Updating Your Organization's Roster on The Hub

Navigate to [https://thehub.emory.edu](https://emory.campusgroups.com/web_app?id=24040&menu_id=56483&if=0&)

Open up your organization's page.

Click "Members."

Adding Members

Click "Add Member"

**Option 1:** Click "Paste List."

You can paste a list of email addresses or Net IDs.

Click "Search"

Each of the emails will be converted to the name of a student in the platform. Click "Add" to add them to your roster.

**Option 2:** Click "Add Member"

Click the "Start typing and wait for suggestions..." field.

Type in the name of the student(s) and select their name(s) from the drop down list.

Click "Add" to add them to your roster.

**Option 3:** Click "Upload Members"

The system provides an Excel template your can download, fill out, and upload into the system to complete a mass upload of your members.

Removing a Member

Te remove a member from your organization, click the menu beside their name and select "Delete."

Adding Officers

To make a member an officer in your organization, you can simply check the box marked "Officer" beside their name.

To assign specific role, you will need to open up the Officers feature under the Dashboard.

To identity their title, click "Position."

Select the appropriate title from the drop down menu. Regardless of how your organization's titles, you must identify the required officer positions (President, Treasurer/Financial Officer, Event Planner/Risk Manager, and Advisor) in order to remain in good standing.

However, if you do have a unique title for any of these positions, you can enter it as a "Custom Position."

Type in their unique title, and click "Save." This will create that title.

You will then need to select the title from the drop-down list.

Their unique title is now visible, under "Officer" on your public-facing group page.
