Upgrade To The Latest Customer Hub App Version

Follow this guide to transition your store from the retired Accounts Hub to the latest version of C:Hub. You will learn how to configure the new embed settings and update your Shopify theme to ensure a seamless customer account experience.

In this guide, we'll show you how to manually upgrade from our retired customer accounts, to the new C:Hub Customer Accounts Hub. Before we do though, please keep in mind, you can always hit the 'Request Expert Setup' button in your dashboard and Ezra from our team will action the upgrade for you.

Upgrade Initiation

Click "Upgrade myself"

Retired Embed Removal

Click "Open retired embed in Shopify"

Toggle off the 'Accounts Page (Retired)' app embed in the theme editor sidebar

Click "Save"

Click the 'Exit' icon to return to the Shopify admin dashboard

Select 'C:Hub Customer Accounts' from the navigation menu

Enable Accounts Page & Panel

Click "Turn on in theme"

Click "Open Shopify theme editor"

Click "Save"

Click the 'Exit' icon to leave the theme editor

Return to the 'C:Hub Customer Accounts' app

And you'll see that the upgraded version of C:Hub is live on the store
