To upgrade to the New Accounts Hub Page and Accounts Everywhere Widget, simply open the C:Hub Customer Accounts App. You'll see the 'Add our app to your theme section' that will be 'Disabled'. You can simply toggle this on, which will override the retired version of the app, and replace it with the new version. This will retain all of your existing settings and give you access to the new customer account that's compatible with both Shopify Legacy and Shopify New Customer Accounts

From the new 'Manage Your Customer Experience' section shown below. You're also able to tailor your customers account experience, before upgrading or post installation. By default, you'll see that the new 'Accounts Hub Page' is set to 'Page Ready', so when you toggle the new version on, this will automatically replace the retired page. You can also choose the plugins you'd like active as well as if you'd like to use the new optional 'Accounts Everywhere Widget'

You'll also see in the dashboard, a section dedicated for the 'Accounts Hub (Retired)' version, which simply lets you know that the retired version will no longer be actively supported moving forward, however you are welcome to continue using it on Legacy customer accounts, if you'd prefer. However because of the move from Shopify to new customer accounts and away from Legacy customer accounts, our focus is the new version of the app, moving forward. From here, you can also toggle off the Retired version of our app by clicking the 'Toggle Off' button

When logged into the customer account page, you'll see the new customer accounts version, in place of the Retired version. Please feel free to also use the new demo to test the new version before upgrading: <https://customerhubapp.com/>

Why did you build this new version? When we built our initial app it was for Shopifys customer accounts, now known as legacy accounts. However because of the release of Shopify new customer accounts, we needed to build a new version of our page, to be compatible with both legacy and new accounts. Can I still use the retired version? Yes, as long as you're on Shopify legacy customer accounts, you can continue to use the retired version. Will my settings carry over? Yes, your settings will carry over, however we did need to redesign the styling, so we recommend just loading the new page once you've upgraded, to ensure you're happy with the style and colors Do my customers need to do anything? No, once you upgrade, all customers will see the new page when logged in Will you continue to support the retired version? We'll continue to offer the retired version, but feature releases will be exclusive to the new accounts page and widget
