Upload Documentation - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to upload documents within the ClearFleet system

Navigate to Documentation

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Supplements" from the IRP sub-menu

Any existing supplements will load

Select the desired supplement

Supplement details load below

Click "Documentation"

System redirects to documentation page

Upload a Document

Select the document type

NOTE: Document type options will vary based on supplement type

Click "Upload" to select a file or drag and drop

Document will load to the supplement

Remove a Document

Select the "X" icon to delete a document

Click "Confirm"

Uploaded document is removed

Upload Document in Supplement

Select a document type

Select document type and click "Upload" to select a file or drag and drop

File displays here when uploaded

Repeat the upload process as needed

Documents can be removed as well
