Upload Documents to your session as a NASPA Event presenter

Naspa

Navigate to the Virtual Event Hub for your event. You can do this by using any direct link shared by the event organizers. If this link takes you to a generic event landing page, click the '**Enter Event**' button. You will be asked to sign in. This does not use the same account and password as your [naspa.org](https://naspa.org) profile, but will use the same email address as your [naspa.org](https://naspa.org) profile.

**Open the Speaker Hub.** There are two ways to access the speaker hub. **Option 1:** click on the 'Open Speaker Hub' button in the center of the page under the event banner.

**Option 2:** Use the Speaker Hub link in the left-hand menu.

The default page in Speaker Hub is your **Speaking Schedule.** This will list all sessions for which you are listed as a presenter. **If you don't see all of the sessions that you expect to see here, reach out to event organizers.**

On each session you can click "**Add Documents**" to see documents that have already been uploaded for that session, and/or to add additional documents.

Follow the instructions in the pop up window to upload documents.

**Note** that as of October 2025, the system does not allow special characters in the file name. **If you have any special characters in the file name, you will get a generic upload error.** If this happens, please rename your file to remove the special characters, and try again.

Once you're finished, you will see a success message in the bottom left-hand corner.

You will also now see your document(s) listed in the document pop up window.

**Done!** Your documents are now visible to attendees in the session details view.

At any point, you can use that 'Add Documents' button to again see which documents have already been uploaded, and to add/remove any documents.
