Upload Exercises Scores From Daily Grade Book to Results Grade Book

Navigate to your school portal and sign in as admin (or teacher)

Click the "Results" menu-group

Click the "Results / Grade Book" menu

Click the "Daily Grade Book" sub-menu

Select the details of the gradebook you want to access and click "View Gradebook"

The next page will display the list of students in the selected class, and all the exercises (assignments, tests, classworks, etc.) done so far by that class for that subject/course as well as what score each student obtained in each exercise.\ \ In case you want want to manage the scores of any of the exercises, click "Manage Scores" at the top row of that exercise column, update the scores in the popup displayed and ensure to save, and then refresh the page to load the updated scores.

You can then select the students you want to push their scores to the results gradebook by ticking their corresponding checkboxes in the first column of the list.\ \ Click "Select All" at the top if you want to push scores for all the students in the list.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.\ \ Select which exercises you want to combine and push their scores over to the results gradebook. You may select one or multiple exercises at once. The system will add up their scores for each student before scaling appropriately to push into the destination result gradebook.

Next, select the result you want to push the scores into its gradebook.\ \ Note that the results listed are specifically for the academic session & term/semester in which the exercises were taken.

Next, select the specific score column into which the scores should be placed in the result gradebook.\ \ The system will re-scale the selected score(s) for each student based on the max obtainable score of the selected column before pushing.

Click "Upload Scores to Results Grade Book"

If the system displays any confirmation box (such as the one below) please read the information very carefully and decide to proceed by clicking "Yes. Go On." or not by clicking "Cancel"

If you selected to proceed, then the system will go on to combine, scale, and push the scores into the selected column of the selected result.\ Be patient and wait as this process may take some moment to complete.\ You should see a success message if all went well; or a descriptive error message if otherwise.
