Click "Documentation"

Click "Completed and signed Homeowner Approval Form"

Click "Upload Documents"

Upload Homeowner Approval Form. Ensure Homeowner/Property Information matches information under Lease Opportunity Detail, is initialed in all 4 locations and signed by the borrower.

Click this icon.

Click "Add File"
You will only be able to notify lender for review once all items for M2 have been submitted.
