Overview

Search and AI **reward up-to-date content**; Google elevates [freshness](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/ranking-systems-guide) when a **searcher expects recent information**. Independent data indicates page-one content for popular keywords is typically [refreshed](https://www.siegemedia.com/strategy/content-refresh) within two years—so **even "evergreen" pages need ongoing maintenance**.

**Analyzing hundreds of pages'** rank, impressions, and CTR **can be tedius**. Results fall when attention is diverted, and **more content requires more analysis**.

I **built this web app to automate** the analysis process for [SurferSEO's Content Audit Export](https://surferseo.com/content-audit/), **taking it one step further** by assigning a team action to **hundreds of pages in seconds** —identifying quick wins and declines 100x faster to ensure pages rank and are visible in AI overviews.

Conclusion

**ProTip!** A **monthly audit** can catch content decay early, highlight high-intent pages, and enable **quick adjustments to improve** rankings, CTR, leads, and revenue.
