Upload a Document in a Meeting

This step-by-step guide will show you how to upload a document when you're in the Videosign meeting room. Please Note: All documents must be in PDF format to be uploaded to the meeting room. They must also be no larger than 5MB in size.

Videosign

Open the left-hand menu.

Click "Upload".

Click "Browse" to upload a document from your device.

Select the document to upload. Note: The document must be in PDF format to be uploaded to a Videosign meeting.

Select "To Sign", or "To Read".

Click "Upload".

The document will be stored in either the "To Sign" folder, or the "To Read" folder.

Click on the document to open it.
