Upload new files from to Google Drive (Basic) to Assembly (formerly Copilot)

As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Click the + to add your trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Created Files"

Click "Create a webhook" or "Add"

Click the "Webhook name" field.

Name your webhook in Make

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

Go to your Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "New webhook"

Paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field and label your webhook in Copilot

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "file.created"

Click "Update"

Click "Confirm"

Back in Make, click "OK" to finish setting up the trigger

Add a new module and select "Copilot"

Select or connect your Google Drive account then open the dropdown

Click "/" to select the root of your Google Drive, or select another folder
