Uploading/Embedding an Image in Canvas RCE

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to upload or embed an image in Canvas RCE. It explains how to authorize the tool, select the image source, and upload it to the RCE text box. Instructure

Click the "plug-in" icon when you are in the Rich Content Editor (within a discussion, assignment, etc.).

Click "Upload / Embed Image"

Click **Authorize**. You will only need to do this the first time you use the tool.

Select where the image is located. Click "Computer" to upload from your computer or choose another source.

Click "Upload and Embed"

Your image will now appear in the RCE text box and will not take up any space in your files.
