Uploading Certifications and Completing Qualifications in MyImpact

Click "Additional Info" under "My Profile"

Scroll down to find the certification you're looking for. Each certification will need different information and/or copies of various certificates in order to give "Qualified" status to the volunteer.

Clicking the blue "i" next to a field will give you more information about it (if needed).

Some volunteer activities, such as volunteering as a Sawyer at a Tree & Brush Workday, or participating on a prescribed burn, require that you are qualified in the system (have uploaded all necessary documents and completed required fields) before you can sign up for those activities. MyImpact makes it easy to upload these documents and become qualified!

Click "DCP Chainsaw Certification"

Click "DCP Prescribed Burn Certification"

Complete all the necessary fields

Click "Save" (located on top or bottom of page) to complete!

Staff will review your documents and once approved, you will see this change under the "Qualifications" section of your profile.
