Uploading Files to Class Team

Navigate to your Instructor Starter Pack's LNG folder. Here you will need to download the correct LNG corresponding with the program the student is enrolled in.

For example, if a high school student is taking French 1A, I will chose HS Core LNG.

Click "Download."

Next, download the correct syllabus found in the Syllabi folder in your Instructor Starter Pack.

As the student is enrolled in high school French Level 1, download the HS French 1AB syllabus.

Return to your student’s Class Team and click on the ‘Files’ tab.

Your student Files tab will end up looking like this (see image below). The Class Materials and Recordings folders will be generated automatically (the Recordings folder will only appear once you have recorded your first lesson.) However, you are responsible for creating the Assessment and Projects, Homework, and Lessons Notes, Grades and Syllabus folders. To do that, click on "+ New," and then "Folder."

Next, you will need to upload both the LNG and the syllabus to your student’s Class Team. Select the Lesson Notes, Grades, and Syllabus folder.

Once in the Lesson, Notes and Grades folder, upload the LNG and Syllabus. Again, make sure that they match your student's program and level.

Once the LNG is uploaded to the Class Team, rename by clicking on the three dots and chose "Rename."

Rename the file using the student’s name, program and level.
