Navigate to [https://drive.google.com/drive/u/2/folders/0AFkzfJWEds2TUk9PVA](https://drive.google.com/drive/u/2/folders/0AFkzfJWEds2TUk9PVA)

Click "New"

Click "File upload." Once you have navigated to the page on your computer with the file, double-click the file. The file will then be uploaded to the Google Drive folder you are in.
