Uploading a Publication to the TNF Upload Service

Logging in to the Upload Service

Navigate to [https://upload.hear.meda](https://upload.hear.media) in your web browser

Click on "LTN Login"

Click in the "Username" field and enter your TNs User Name

This is the same User Name that was used on the BWBF Service and **not** the User Name that you use for the [tnf.org.uk](https://tnf.org.uk) website.

Click in the "Password" field and enter your TNs Password

This is the same Password that was used on the BWBF Service and **not** the User Name that you use for the [tnf.org.uk](https://tnf.org.uk) website.

Click "Login"

Deleting the previous recording

Unless you are a new TN, and have never used the uploader before, there will already be your previous edition uploaded to the Server. Click "SELECT ALL"

Click "Delete"

Uploading a new recording

Click "Add Files: No file chosen"

Navigate to where your latest Publication is located on your computer

Select all of the files that you want to Upload

You can press [[CTRL]] + [[A]] to select all of the files within a folder You can also click on the first file, hold down [[SHIFT]] and then click on the last file to select multiple files in a row You can also click on the first file, hold down [[CTRL]] and select the other individual files you want to upload If you are using a Mac, use the [[Command]] key instead of the [[CTRL]] key.

Click "Open"

Click "Start"

Your files will now be uploaded. Once the upload has competed, it is always a good idea to check that the files have uploaded successfully.

Checking your Upload

Click "Play/Pause Button"
