Reset User Password
Tip! Admins can reset an agents profile from impersonating the agent as well. Manage users panel would be needed for password reset for admin permission or above

Option for system to generate random password and send credentials directly to user
Edit Login email for user

Change email address
Tip! system will only allow one email address to be used per account. Cannot have the same login email for multiple accounts

Click "Save"
Change User Permission Level

Select permission levels needed.
Tip! Very common for an admin to have multipel permission levels checked.

Check login history for account
