Go to Settings > User Settings.

You can restrict how many future/past days of planned work is visible on the My Work section of Workers accounts, and specify how many days this is restricted to in the 'Number of Visible My Work Days' setting (if left blank it will be unrestricted visibility).

You can choose which payment methods Workers/Planners are allowed to collect payments by from the list provided - then click 'Apply'.

You can choose to allow Workers to send messages from the planner.

You have the option to allow Workers to send reminders to customers.

You can hide pricing from specific users - when enabled only users with Admin, Owner, Creator and Job Editor permissions will be able to see pricing on the account. You can also enable this individually for specific customers by clicking into the customer > top right three dots > edit customer.

You can hide customer contact details from Workers and Planners - this will hide email and phone numbers in the planner.

You can hide customer notes from Workers and Planners by enabling the setting below.

You can choose to show the owing view to Workers and Planners so they can collect and record payments.

You can block users with Worker and/or Planner permissions from accessing the manage timer dialogue.

You can block users with Planner-only access from editing the timer entries.

You can enable the Job Ordering Lock so only Admins can update the order of jobs.

You can disable Worker ability to optimise their own routes.

You can enable the setting below so that Canvassers must add phone numbers when recording new leads.

Finally, you can allow Canvassers to create quotes for prospective customers.
