Using ClickBid for a Paper Auction

**Please Note:** We do not recommend that you open your silent auction and accept online bids before your in person paper auction. This adds additional steps and potential bidder confusion.

Go to Items > Manage Items

Click Add Item and make your paper bid items "Silent" to start and set your Starting bid and Bid Increment for each item.

Go to Items > "Printable Bid Sheets"

Make your setting changes and click "Display".

Print your Printable Bid Sheets

Click "Print"

Go back to Items > Manage Items after all of your displays have been printed.

Change your silent items to Live items. *This is simply for ease of adding the winning bid after the paper auction ends.*

Click Update Item

Go to Event Central > Butler to add the winning bids after the Paper auction ends and you've pulled all the bid sheets.

Add the winning bidder by name or number. Type in the item name or number under Item. Enter the amount the item sold for.

Click Add Bid to add the item to the winning bidder's cart.

Click "Place Bid"
