Using Intelligent Voice Commands

Cephable's Intelligent Voice commands are available for Cephable Professional and Plus users and allows you to more naturally speak commands for all your app controls without having to memorize the specific commands.

As an example, start with the Microsoft Word app controls.

The Cephable main window is in the center of the screen where more in depth settings and configurations can be set for all app functions. Microsoft Word also pops on screen with specific control examples. Context for each button press, app, and click will be provided in each step.

You'll see specific voice commands in these actions. Here in the "Apply Bold Formatting" action you see voice commands for "bold", "apply bold", and "bold formatting". Without intelligent voice commands, you need to speak these exact commands after a pause for it to do the bold action.

Next, Open Word and try it out.

Start your microphone in the Cephable Panel to start using intelligent voice commands.

Use the "select all" command to select all the text. Say "Select All"

Now, all your text is selected in Microsoft Word. Say "make that bold"

See that it made it bold, but now you can also try saying something like "I actually don't need that bold" and it will run it again to un-bold it.

Now your text is no longer bold. You can use this for any commands in your app controls such as copying by saying "copy that"

And "paste that here" to have it paste.

You can always toggle intelligent voice commands off and on in your microphone settings, but try it across your different apps and you'll find it easier to do actions with less learning overhead of all the commands you would need to memorize.
