Tip! You can avoid sending countless emails by using the conversation feature! You can ask someone to complete a task, or ask them a question, by simply leaving them a comment.

Click on the row that you want to leave a comment on eg. criteria 1.2

Click on the speech bubble symbol

Click into the conversation box

Type "@" and then start typing out the person's email address - this is similar to when you mention someone on social media

Click on the person's name when it appears in the list

Type the message you would like them to read eg. "please upload the posters"

Click the send symbol

The individual will receive an email notification but will also receive an alert within their Smartsheet. Conversations can be continued in the same box, and this means emails do not need to be kept or actions noted down, they can all be contained and tracked in one place, in your assessment.
