Easily invite your clients, prospects and network to attend the event in just a few clicks, ensuring GDPR compliance and security. Take all of the effort out of inviting visitors by easily uploading your contacts to our secure portal, and the team will do the rest!

Easyfairs

Navigate to [https://my.easyfairs.com/login](https://my.easyfairs.com/stand/208131/invite-prospects) and log in to your My Easyfairs account. Click on "Invite clients" to find the "Free invitation service"

Click "Email"

Open and read the GDPR documents to ensure you understand how your data is used and stored safely

Click on the check box to confirm that you have read and accepted the GDPR document

Click "Continue"

It's time to import your invitees! Click "Download our template" to access the import template for the platform.

Make sure the people you would like to invite are formatted correctly in the template and then click "Add contact list" to import your data

Click "Add logo" to customise your email

Tip! The email sent to your clients and prospects will be personalised to include your company name, stand number, logo and personal invitation link. This makes it easy for you to keep track of who has registered as your guest in My Easyfairs.

if you have any specific instructions about your data, please write them in the "Add comment" box

Scroll down to see how many uploaded files you have

You can search through your uploaded contacts easily with the search function at the bottom of the page

Please note! Once your contacts have been invited to the show via email, they will be removed from our database. You will need to re-import them if you would like them to be emailed a second time.
