Utilizing Percentages When Populating AP Invoices

allocate portions of an invoice total to different categories, projects, or accounts based on percentage values. The percentage presets created in default distributions will reflect in the AP Enter bills page and AP Inbox. These percentages can be changed to calculate a total.

Percentage in AP Enter Bill Page

Select "ACCOUNTS PAYABLE" from the left navigational menu.

Click " AP Enter Bills"

Click in the % text field.

Click the + icon.

Select the $ field.

Percentage in AP Inbox

Select AP Inbox.

Click "Edit"

Click in the % text field.

Percentage in Default Distributions

Select "Vendors" in the left navigational menu.

Select the Vendor , in this example we selected "APT - Aptly Service Provider".

Click "Add a Distribution" in the Default Distribution section.

Click the " % Percentage" field.
