View Distribution and Statistics (Grades, Dropbox and Quizzes)

Get a snapshot of your unit by viewing the final calculated grade distribution and grade frequency in Grades. Drill down to view statistics by class groups, and/or individual grade items, or explore rubrics statistics or quiz statistics.

Grades

In a unit space, from the navbar, select **Assessments**, then **Grades**

In Manage Grades, from the grade item dropdown list, click on **View Statistics**

View the grade item statistics, including **Class Statistics**, **Grade Distribution** and **Grade Frequency**.

Export Grades

To export one or more grade data into spreadsheet, click **Enter Grades**

Then click on the **Export** button

Select all relevant details including student's ID, name, email, groups and grade item(s) to export

Dropbox and Rubric

View marking rubric statistics (published and unpublished grade) in the evaluation view

From the navbar, select Assessments then **Dropbox**

Click on a relevant **Dropbox Title**

Then, click on **Go to Evaluation** next to any Student or Group Name from the list

From the evaluation panel, click on the **three dots (...)** on the rubric tile

Then, select **Rubric Statistics**

Within rubric statistics, you can view the performance level average and frequency for all draft and published grades

Switch to **Criteria Statistics** to view criteria score frequency

And **Individual Statistics** to view each student stats, level of achievements and assessor details

You can also view the grade item statistics associated with this assessment dropbox from here (for published grades only).

From the evaluation panel, click on the **graph icon** next to Overall Grade

This shows class statistics, grade distribution and grade frequency for published grades. This report can also be viewed from individual grade items in Grades.

Quiz

Like Dropbox evaluations, you can view a quiz's grade distribution. From the navbar, select Assessments, then **Quizzes**

Click on **Statistics** from the top menu

Then select the relevant quiz

Alternatively, from Manage Quizzes, click on the **dropdown** next to relevant quiz title. Then select **Statistics**

In the quiz statistics, you can view: **User Stats**: class distribution, and individual grades

Switch to **Question Stats** to view the overall score distribution and average score by percentage for each question

Switch to **Question Details** for more detailed data on each question, including the students' answers, the total number of responses, and the average score.
