View SLO Data Documents in Nuventive

This guide provides a straightforward process for accessing Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) data documents in Nuventive, ensuring users can efficiently navigate the platform. Log into [**Nuventive**](https://solutions.nuventive.com/)via <https://solutions.nuventive.com/>

If you manage multiple programs, make sure to select the correct program from the top drop-down menu on screen. In the example pictured below, we selected "CAN Discipline - English as a Second Language (ESL)"

Select the three horizontal lines in the top left corner (this icon is often referred to as the hamburger menu)

Select "**DOCUMENT LIBRARY**" from the menu

Select the folder that starts with "**CAN Dept**". For this example, we selected the folder named- "CAN Dept - English as a Second Language (ESL)"

You may need to scroll down, but look for the file with "**SLO -DATA**" in its name, then **double-click** on the filename. For programs with multiple documents, select the document with the year you wish to look at.

The document viewer will automatically appear on screen. `If you wish to download the document onto your device, select the icon with the downward arrow.`
