View Supplier Invoice Details by Cost Center

The GC Supplier Invoice Details by Cost Center Report is designed so that Cost Center Managers and other security roles secured by Financial Organizations such as Gifts, Grants, Programs, and Funds can see the details of Supplier Invoice Lines charged to their financial orgs.

Workday

Click "GC-Supplier Invoice Details by Cost Center"

Click the "Choose Cost Center(s) or Organization(s)" field.

Click "Cost Center" You can also select "My Organization" to select all cost centers you manage.

Click this checkbox. This is just an example, you can select each cost center you operate in.

Click the "Supplier Invoice Start Date" field, for example.

In the date section, to search for the current fiscal year, select 7/01/2025 or if you are looking for something in the last month, choose that date.

Click "OK"

This cost center has a large number of entries. In this case you can select the arrows to go through the pages as in this example. You can use the gray bar - as noted by the arrow on this page - to scroll across. That will show you

If you scroll over you can see the status of the invoice.

Or you can export the data to an Excel spreadsheet.

Click "Download" this will create an Excel spreadsheet in your "downloads" folder.
