View & Filter Inventory with Out-of-Home Select

Use Spotzi’s Out-of-Home Select tool to explore your inventory through interactive maps. Easily filter assets, create campaign mockups, and share public-facing inventory maps with clients for clear and engaging presentations.

Creating an Out-of-Home Select Dashboard

Navigate to the "OOH Campaigns" tab from your workspace.

Click "Out-of-Home Select".

A table containing your inventory will appear. You may continue creating a dashboard from all of your assets, or can use this window to begin filtering your desired locations.

Filtering Assets in your Asset Table

**Please note:** All filters selected in these steps can still be edited or removed after the dashboard is created. This selection simply allows you to select some filters in advance. If your asset table is very large, this pre-selection can also help with the loading speed of your asset map and data widgets when your dashboard is created.

The search bar can be used to search for assets using keywords. Click the eyeglass tool to search. Only assets matching your keyword(s) will remain in your table. This custom filter will also be applied to your dashboard if you choose to create a dashboard at this point.

Click the "X" if you'd like to remove your custom filters.

You may also add filters using the filter panel to the right of your asset table. This filter panel functions in the same way as the "[Layer Data](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Filter_Overview_Layer_Data_Filter__JcDQQTqAQ4aof3J5-Sr0Rg)" filter options in your dashboards, but can be applied before dashboard creation.

To apply a filter, select the data column you'd like to filter by. Only columns which are already available in your asset table will appear in this list.

Click "Add Filter".

Choose the items in your column that you would like to filter for.

Click "Apply". The resulting table will now only contain the assets matching your column filter.

You can create your dashboard at this step, or you can click "Add Filter" to continue adding filters based on other data columns.

Click "Apply" to update your filtered assets.

Click "Create OOH Dashboard" when you're happy with your selection.

Name your dashboard. You will also be prompted to select the country your assets are located in if you have inventory in multiple markets. Click "Create" when you're ready to create your dashboard.

The filters you added to your asset table will be set as "Layer Data" filters in your OOH Select dashboard. You may still add, remove, or change the filters applied to this dashboard. Dashboard Appearance

Your new dashboard's default appearance, visible layers, carousel, and data widgets will depend on the template used by your company. All Spotzi data widgets reflect the demographics of the audiences who passed by your (filtered) assets in the last 3 months. This demographic data is based on the home locations of all devices captured in this period. [Learn more about our visitor profiles.](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Creating_A_Visitor_Profile_Dashboard_In_Spotzi__rxcGWH3uSEqZ1mXfEJZbog) **Please note:** A heatmap of your asset audiences' home locations (in green) may also be visible under your asset layer.

If you'd like to hide a layer, navigate to the layers panel and click the eye icon next to the layer you'd like to hide. This layer will remain available, but will no longer be visible on the map. **Please note:** Clicking on the trash icon will delete this layer permanently from your dashboard.

Tooltip & Mockup Tool

This window will display your chosen location data, as well as an image for each location. You can click on "Test your creative" to see how your ad will look on any of your screens.

Select the "Creative Prompt" window to add in a prompt for the kind of ad you would like to see on your screen. You may also upload your creative below this prompt window if you already have an image you would like to test. Click "Generate Preview" when you've finished adding your prompt or image file.

Your ad will appear. Click "add to campaign report" if you would like to include this mockup in your campaign report, which you can later export as a PDF. Export your Asset List

Click on the "Export" button on in the top right corner of your dashboard to export your filtered screen list.

Click "Download CSV". A file containing your filtered assets will be downloaded to your computer.

Share your Dashboard

You can also share the dashboard itself so that viewers can navigate across the map and interact with the campaign locations. Shared users can even create their own mockups using the creative testing tool in each asset's information windows. To do this, click your dashboard's title.

The dashboard's settings window will appear. Navigate to the "Share" section and toggle "Public dashboard" **on.**

A public link will appear. Anyone who receives this link will be able to open a view-only version of this dashboard in their browser.
