Viewing Faculty Schedule Before Advising Week (Faculty)

In September, the Registrar’s office copies the previous fall schedule into the upcoming fall schedule draft. Faculty will work with their divisions to have the schedules adjusted for the upcoming term.

Approximately 2 weeks before advising week, the schedule should be near complete and all faculty should use the "Faculty Schedule" link in Banner (shown in guide below) to verify and confirm that their schedules are accurate. This is important so that the students and their advisors can effectively plan student class schedules for when registration opens.

Access Banner by going to <https://my.alfred.edu/> , selecting "Quick Links" and then "BannerWeb". Sign in with AU email credentials. Refer to: [How to Log In to BannerWeb](https://scribehow.com/viewer/New_How_to_Log_In_to_BannerWeb__Jyr_NVeNT5Oxu9ab2TN9bg)

Click the 4-square menu.

Click "Banner"

Click "Faculty and Advisors"

At the bottom of the menu, click "Faculty Schedule".

Select the appropriate term in the drop down menu, then click "View Schedule".
