Viewing Invoices & their Statuses

In this tutorial you will learn what the different icons mean and how to understand the invoice status on Squeegee.

Go to 'Invoices' and you will see a list of all the invoices sent to your customers on Squeegee.

The purple tick means that the invoice has been paid. The orange timer means awaiting payment. The red cancel sign means the invoice was cancelled. The blue tick means no payment is required as it was a £0.00 invoice.

If you click into the invoice itself, you can see all the invoice details and the status of the invoice as well.

You can then click into the customer to see the finance history and how the invoice matches up with the payment. \[Customer > Finance tab\]

You can also view the invoice sent status by going to the message tab in the customer > then 'delivery details' on the message.
