Viewing an ePRO Symptom Pathway Status (Patient Dashboard)

Triage statuses and entering a triage for any needed modifications can be done through the patient's dashboard

Navigate to the Triage Activity information by selecting the "Symptom Management" section in the patient's dashboard

View In Progress, Under Review, and Completed symptom Pathways here

Selecting the menu icon under actions for the desired triage activity will allow a view the PDF or to discard an activity

'Under Review' status indicates an item sent for Provider Review. The PDF View will include all pathway recommendations whether they have been marked as 'Accepted' or 'Rejected' for the patient's care

'In Progress' items are waiting to be sent for review or completed by proxy. There are no PDFs available for this status.

'Completed' items include only accepted symptom recommendations in the PDF view and indicate the approval of a provider by direct signature or proxy.

Click "Dermatologic" or the Symptom Pathways listed to enter the Symptom Pathway workflow. Completed pathways are view only.
