Viewing the Status of a Research Certification in the LMS

This guide demonstrates how to view your status in completing an assigned CE Plan in the LMS. Please note: OERAF created this document using a proxy system setting and used redaction to cover identifying information.

Depending on your role, you may see two plans assigned in the LMS: - The Research Administration Certifications Continuing Education Plan FY with the current fiscal year is what most users will see and supports RAA, AGM, FCC, and legacy research certifications. - RAI-LS Credit Plan FY with the current fiscal year will also be displayed for leadership roles that are required or invited to complete the leadership certifications annually. - Email [ResearchFinanceEd@Duke.edu](mailto:ResearchFinanceEd@Duke.edu) if you have questions about your assigned certifications.

Go to Duke's Learning Management System (LMS) via this address [duke.sabacloud.com](https://duke.sabacloud.com)

Select **My Plan** from the LMS home page.

Select **Continuing Education Credits** on the **My Plan** page.

The assigned plans display along with the credit totals. Select **View Details** for more information.

On the detailed certification page, you will see information on your status, required hours, and earned hours. To see course details, select **Back.**

Select **Courses.**

From the **Date** drop-down menu, select **Date Range.**

Using the date picker, set the **From** field to the beginning of the certification year and the **To** field to the current date. Select **Search**. The research certification year aligns with Duke's fiscal year - July 1 - June 30 of each year.

Scroll down the page to see the courses included in the CE hours for the selected date range.
