Visualising Tall Bob data in Klaviyo

Klaviyo

This tutorial assumes that you've already set up your connections between Tall Bob and Klaviyo; and that you've sent an SMS or MMS. Without these already setup, there won't be any reporting to see.

Navigate to <https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/dashboards>

Click on the 'Create Dashboard' button

Provide a name for the Dashboard and click 'Create Dashboard'

Once the dashboard is created , click 'Add Data View'

Click the 'Create from scratch' card.

We start with choosing metrics. Click the dropdown and choose the 'tb_message_delivered' metric.

Now, we'll choose the grouping. Click the "Group by" dropdown and chose "campaignName".

Next, chose your visualisation. We recommend a line or bar graph.

And finally, click "Add Card".\ That's it - you're all done.

If you want to add multiple cards to your dashboard, click the 'Add Card' button and repeat from step 5. \ \ We recommend creating cards for the metrics **tb_impression** and **tb_message_sent**
