Method 1 - Ventura

Click "Apple"

Click "System Settings…, 1 update"

Click this cell

Click the VPN that you want to activate from the lists of VPNs

Click the switch

If the dot turn green and the clock starts to count. then you are connected.

Method 1 - Monterrey

Click the "Apple"

Click "System Preferences…"

Click "Network"

Click the "VPN, Not Connected"

Click "Connect"

When the clock is running, it means that the VPN is connected.

Method 3

This menu is only available if you enable it from the System Settings

Click the square icon in the menu bar.

This icon will show you the list of all your VPNs. If you click Connect VPN and a clock start running, then you connect the VPN successfully.
