This user guide was made to assist you installing the application (Workspace One Intelligent Hub) which will enroll your device into our remote fleet management solution. It means the IT administrators will be able to assist you, deploy applications and enforce security policies remotely. Also, it will be possible to block or wipe your device remotely in case of loss or theft.

For this installation, we recommend you use Google Chrome.

In the email you received from AirWatch [noreply@awmdm.com](mailto:noreply@awmdm.com), click on the URL [GetWSONE.com](http://GetWSONE.com)

Click "Download Hub for Windows"

The application is getting downloaded, once it reaches 100%, double click on AirwatchAgent.msi

This will launch the installation process, click "Next"

Select "I accept the terms in the License Agreement" and then click "Next"

Click "Install"

The application is getting installed

Click "Finish"

Wait for the pop-up to appear

Look for the Server URL you received in the email

Type it in the pop-up and then click "Next"

Type the Group ID you received in the email and then click "Next" – the below Group ID is for display purposes only, every user receives a unique Group ID

Wait for the action to be completed

Click on "Not Now"

Click on "Done"

You can now close the application

That’s it! You have successfully downloaded and installed the application! Your workstation is now registered and secured in the remote fleet management solution!

Once you are enrolled, you may notice some applications or files on your computer. They are from the MDM and allow it to connect to your device to push security policies and corporate applications. The most important ones are the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub, and the Bitdefender Antivirus. Do not delete these applications!
