This user guide was made to assist you installing the application (Workspace One Intelligent Hub) which will enroll your device into our remote fleet management solution. It means the IT administrators will be able to assist you, deploy applications and enforce security policies remotely. Also, it will be possible to block or wipe your device remotely in case of loss or theft.

For this installation, you must use the Safari browser.

In the email you received from AirWatch [noreply@awmdm.com](mailto:noreply@awmdm.com), click on the URL [GetWSONE.com](http://GetWSONE.com)

Click on "Download Hub" then validate the download

Find the file in your downloading bar at the bottom right of your screen, and click on it

Follow every step of the installation program, by accepting the term of use of the licence agreement of the software and by entering your user password to accept the installation.

In the top right corner of your screen, click on the Workspace One Intelligent HUB and then click on "Enroll now"

In the opening window, fill in: - The server address - Your ID group - These 2 informations are available in the mail received from AirWatch [noreply@awmdm.com](mailto:noreply@awmdm.com)

Click on "Next" to activate the HUB

Once the HUB activates, you will install the matching profil. A notification will appear on top of your screen

Click on the Apple button then on "System Preferences"

In the System Preferences, click on "Profiles"

Click "Install"

Click "Install again"

Enter the session’s password and then click "Enrol"

The "Profiles" is now installed. Your workstation is now registered and secured in the remote fleet management solution!

Your device will be displayed as "enrolled" on the Rzilient platform within 24 hours, with the next synchronization MDM <-> platform. An admin can also sync it manually.
